TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting/publishing your property advertisement to CentralOhioRealty.net you
are giving us permission to submit your property details on
to the major search engines. We will also publish your property
details on other property portals to maximise exposure for
your property. We are contractually obliged by these property
portals to upload your property details to their sites.
We do not publish your personal information on these sites.
All property advertisements are accepted in good faith and that they are private sales only.
The property information supplied by you must be honest, accurate
and comply with the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991 (c. 29).
Payment must be received before your subscription account can be
created thus enabling your information can be entered on our site.
Whilst we strive to provide a reliable and error free service it is imperative
that CentralOhioRealty.net be notified with out delay of any errors
contained in your your service and access to the Realty Manager so as
to find a fix for any problem that may arise.

Posting On Other Sites |
|
In order to gain maximum market exposure for your property we
post links to CentralOhioRealty.net on additional sites and submit CentralOhioRealty.net
to many search engines, directory sites, links pages and classifieds!

Methods of Payment |
At the moment we only accept payments by way of PayPal
or checks and money orders. Checks should be made payable to CentralOhioRealty.net and sent to:

Cancellation
|
|
It is your right to cancel your order from the time of instructing us
to market your property. If you wish to cancel your listing
with in 7 days in order to be eligible to receive a refund. You
may cancel your order by phone or by emailing us at cancellation@centralohiorealy.net.
Under these circumstances an immediate prorated refund will be forwarded to you. |

Complaints

We strive to provide the best service possible, however if you
are in any way dissatisfied with our service we will endeavor
to deal with your complaint and rectify any problems within 48
hours, keeping you fully informed through out this process.
